Part of the Gas Safe Register, Reading Heating Solutions work with several local Letting Agents and Landlords throughout Reading and the nearby surrounding areas. In the event of an emergency, you or your tenants (with your permission) can ring our service and repair line with the knowledge that whatever the plumbing or heating problem may be, it will be repaired promptly.

In addition to this, we will help you comply with all necessary legislations by prompting you when the Landlords CP12 Gas Certificate is due. As part of this package, we will carry out the annual boiler service, giving you and your tenants peace of mind that it is operating safely and efficiently, as it should be.
