Having founded Reading Heating Solutions in 2015, Joe is involved in every aspect of the business, overseeing each job from start to finish. You'll often meet him when he's carrying out quotations, diagnosing faults or working on commercial gas, larger heating installations and air conditioning projects.
Craig was the first engineer to join the Reading Heating Solutions team and has been an integral part of the business ever since. He specialises in larger heating installations and is our go-to engineer for powerflushing, helping customers get the very best performance from their heating systems.
Joe carries out the majority of our boiler servicing and gas safety inspections, helping customers keep their heating systems safe and efficient all year round. He's also one of our go-to engineers for diagnosing and repairing boiler breakdowns, getting homes back up and running as quickly as possible.
Zack began his career with Reading Heating Solutions as our apprentice and is now a fully qualified plumbing and heating engineer. From emergency call-outs to plumbing installations and heating repairs, Zack works across a wide range of services and is often one of the first faces you'll see when you need us most.
The engine behind our operations, Jamie makes sure every job is planned, organised and runs smoothly. From booking appointments to coordinating engineers and updating customers, he's the friendly voice you'll usually speak to first and the person working behind the scenes to keep things on track.
Luke is the newest member of the Reading Heating Solutions team and is currently training to become a fully qualified plumbing and heating engineer. Working alongside our experienced engineers, he's developing his skills every day while helping deliver the high standard of service our customers expect.
